We were hired by the general contractor to install all utilities including storm, water, rain gardens and power. Including oil/water separator, storm water catch basins & a spill control manhole. This also included all concrete and asphalt prep which includes all sidewalks and approaches. We demo’d all existing asphalt and old utilities.
We were contracted to do all the civil work for roughly 30 homes including all utilities, sanitary, water and power. Excavating all the lots. Relocated 2 different 8” sanitary mains. We supplied and installed multiple retaining walls. Supplied and installed water diversion systems throughout the entire sub division.
This project was for the City of Eugene Parks and Open Space. Spencer Butte had seen significant storm damage recently with several trees down blocking the park access. We were hired to remove all the downed trees and debris from the trailhead. All the limbs and debris were hauled off site and the marketable logs were sold to a local sawmill to help offset the cost of our services.
