their house with no road access. We started off the project by stripping all the top soil &amp; subgrade for the appropriate drainage. After the sub base was graded we installed Road Fabric. Road fabric is designed to separate the dirt from the newly installed rock. The road fabric acts as a glove, keeping the mud out of the rock giving you twice the longevity of the new road. We then supplied &amp; installed the rock at a 6\u201d depth. We completed the project by doing the final grading to the driveway. While we were their working the customer added an RV pad to go on the side of the shop as well.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element access road to the guest house. This project was unique; what the picture doesn\u2019t show you is the steep slope from the left to the right. We also had to remove 2 trees prior to the start of the project. We started off by shooting grade and determining elevations &amp; radiuses. Once we obtained the proper elevations we cut and &amp; removed the top soil down to good native clay, laid road fabric and installed rock. Graded and compacted rock. Customer called us because they wanted to transform their entire backyard. We logged most of the land and sold the marketable timber with the customer receiving 100% of the profits. Once the timer was removed we then pulled and removed over 100 stumps. We piled the remaining brush &amp; debris for the customer to burn at a later date. We provided the customer with the option for us to burn and maintain the piles but they choose to do it on their own. After the slash was all cleaned up we got to working on the dirt part of the yard. Using our D6 Dozer we leveled out the property lowering the spots to make sure we had proper slope.
